Effective writing is paramount in today’s workplace. A good report enables better decision-making, problem-solving, and allows for easy communication of complex information to a selected audience. Being able to keep up, take concise notes, and cascade the relevant action points to the right people are all critical skills that mid-level officers must master. The Correspondence Writing for Government Professionals is a Writing Workshop designed for government employees and contractors who want to improve their correspondence, including memo writing, minute taking and email communication.
